The moored houseboat Relax impressively combines luxury on the water with proximity to nature in Marina Martinshafen.



You enter the water suite via a terrace with lounge seating and enter the main living area with a large panoramic window. The living area has a double bed and a sofa bed. There is also a flat-screen TV. A small fridge, coffee machine and kettle are also on board. The small bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. A small steam sauna is integrated here. An electric massage chair rounds off the wellness facilities in this water suite. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant climate in this luxury location.



A special highlight is the roof terrace with lounge furniture, where you can enjoy the clear island air and experience wonderful sunsets. Nestled in the nature reserve around the Great Jasmund Bodden and ideally located in the northern part of the island of Rügen, the beautiful water suite is situated in a sheltered location in the Martinshafen marina. Let your gaze wander over the glittering surface of the water all day long or enjoy a bottle of wine with a view of the sunset at the end of an eventful vacation day. The unique vacation location for you is firmly moored in the harbor, ready for relaxing hours and unique vacation moments. More vacation with and on the water is not possible. With plenty of unspoiled nature, directly on the water and a small stretch of beach right by the harbor. Enjoy relaxing hours. Or, weather permitting, enjoy the excellent conditions for kitesurfing or windsurfing. The Relax houseboat is moored in the harbor basin of the small Martinshafen marina. You sleep only about 50 cm above the surface of the water. The small marina is still a real insider tip and has developed into an interesting hotspot for houseboat vacations and sporting vacations near the water in recent years. The small resort continues to grow steadily with new moorings and small suites and vacation homes in a prime waterfront location. The harbor is located just a few kilometers from the famous island highlight Ralswiek open-air theater and a beautiful excursion from Cape Arkona and offers various accommodations on and near the water with a small harbor snack restaurant and free Wi-Fi in all areas as well as free private parking on the marina grounds. The larger towns of Sassnitz and Bergen are only a few minutes away by car. The site is ideally located for excursions to the Rügendamm and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and has its own small beach areas and water access. The existing small harbor bistro offers a wonderful view of the harbor and the Jasmund Bodden and has a sun terrace. The area is ideal as a starting point for exploring the island and for cycling. Various activities on the water are just waiting to be discovered. Fantastic long fine sandy beaches on the Schaabe are just a short trip away on the cycle path. You can also plan a trip to Stralsund, whose main train station and harbor are within easy reach.
