The accommodation has a surface area of 258 m² and is located in an ideal area for families, within a residential complex. Just 800 metres away, you can find both the sandy beach and the rocky beach, which gives guests the opportunity to enjoy different coastal landscapes.



The villa boasts a wide range of amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. These include a private garden, garden furniture, a terrace and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Additionally, the accommodation features a private pool where guests can cool off and relax during sunny days.



Regarding the interior of the villa, there is a fully equipped independent kitchen with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The accommodation also features heat pump heating and air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, which ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the year. Additionally, there are two televisions available for guests' entertainment.
