Staff was nice. The building itself was not. There is ongoing constructions/renovations throughout building, in same hall/across the way, all around. Early morning banging and hammering until evening. Hallway flooring dirty covered with construction material. Exterior entrances in back of building does not secure. Smoke alarm/fire alarm not operable during my stay, I could hear beeping batteries, went to observe and noticed tape covering all smoke alarms. Emergency fire pull alarm not operable, it was in the pulled position during entire stay. Hotel room windows were left open on rooms that were being worked on which is a security threat. I did not feel safe at this location.

Room was alright, Bathroom floor was dirty, above the shower on the walls were dirty. The bed was ok and slept ok. No bed bugs. For the money, it is what it is. Oh yea, the downstairs hallway smelled like weed.

After reading reviews, The sketchy cash deposit reviews, and looking at the neighborhood closely, we realized it had been a mistake booking it .. would not want to park there. Quickly found a better hotel option, a few towns over and only a few $$ more and just took (Royal) as a loss.

Not sure they have cleaning staff. Walls, carpet and doors unclean. Furniture in the room was missing doors, burn marks in the sink and the linens were worn out holes see through ects. This price definitely attaches a certain nightlife type of people.
