RATS, LIVE ADULT RATS!!! The room is a gross and old, dirty place. I didn't stay but for a few minutes. They didn't give me my money back after I saw 12" to 14" full grown RATS running the outside hallways. The front desk attendant asked me if the RAT'S were in the room He wouldn't give me my money back. With the gap under the front door I dont doubt the RATS and their babies aren't coming indoors when the snow falls. Losing the money or sleeping with RATS was not worth the risk. How did I end up there in the first place EXPEDIA? I'M GOING TO CARBON COPY THIS REVIEW TO AS MANY PLACES POSSIBLE. TEAR THIS PLACE DOWN AND BUILD A GUN RANGE, IT WILL BE SAFER THAT WAY

Unfortunately we weren't able to early check-in even though there was a room available and the room we did receive the heater was out. That said, the staff were super accommodating and immediately put us up in a new room...nice and warm! Clean but warn...could use new chairs. But slept like a baby with that roaring heater. If I had to, I would totally stay here again. But, I'd look elsewhere first. Staff 4/5 Beds 3/5 Cleanliness 2/5 Overall 3/5

Do not go here. It does not look as advertised its run down with stain bed sheets and towels. They make you pay 100 cash deposit and make fake excuse to not return your deposit as in my case a small dime stain in one towel and a stain bed sheet that was already there. Do not give them your money. What there doing is criminal to pocket extra money from there run down hotel.

Check in was slow cause no one was even near the front desk. The property looks like there is plenty of unwanted people around and that makes me feel really uncomfortable about leaving my car at the parking lot they have. Traveling around isn't easy sometimes and you want to save some money but this place is not one you want to stay if that's what you want, at checkout they have to go and check the room for any damage you may have caused but charging you for leaving a small stain on the sheets that can be cleaned washing it is outrageous and charging you 35-40 dollars for it!!! In resume pay a little bit more and stay far away from this hole period
