Great room and view, the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The reception staff were not too helpful, we had to request the free drink voucher as we were not given it on arrival. This hotel is a good location, close to the train station and not too far from the town centre and attractions.

We booked the room for 4 and the view was beautiful. Staff was helpful and breakfast was really good. Proximity to the train station was a big bonus. Easy walk to the old town.

Staff did not do anything to help find an alternative accommodation, except to expect us to contact Expedia (whose chat was unmanned and could not be contacted). Hotel is now late with the refund. Really good stay! The breakfast (especially with their cheese selection and soft boiled eggs) was a great addition to our stay at the hotel. The location is great for train travelling, as it’s a 10-ish minute walk away from Salzburg Hbf.

Went for the Christmas Market and I was given a corner room facing the mountains and it was wonderful. It's not far from the train station and Starbucks and still walking distance from the shopping district. The bed was very comfortable as well

The hotel was easy to find, situation just down the road from the main train station, and thr proximity to public transport was fab. The condition and cleaniness of the place was great, the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the Level 1 view over the train line. Interesting and different and a nice way to make it a theme.
