Staff is horrible whole area is ghetto, no security outside of the building. They make you pay $75 incidental and tell you you’re only getting back $35 due to parking fee which is mandatory and doesn’t say it on their page when you first look at the room online.

Fabulous stay at a historic hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Zowie in the from hospitality in the bar was helpful attentive ,also always cheerful. In our room the bathroom could do with updating,but that is my opinion, but it was clean and fit for purpose. Would recommend staying here,ifvisiting San Antonio. Thank you all

The entire staff from the front desk to restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. Food was really good and the room was amazing! We were right by the Alamo and could easily walk to the River Walk and everything we wanted to do!
