Clean adequate room, good service however was over priced for the quality of room, needs updating. The resort fee provided no real benefit, likely just paying for riverwalk access. Great location if you have a car, self parking is quite expensive but you do get in and out access.

I had an excellent stay at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. The hotel’s location is outstanding, situated directly on the River Walk and across from the Convention Center. This prime position provides effortless access to San Antonio’s premier attraction, allowing us to step right out of the hotel and into the vibrant atmosphere of the River Walk without any hassle. The breakfast further enhances the experience. The extensive a la carte offers a wide variety of high-quality options, including made-to-order eggs, avocado toast, salmon, fresh fruits and pastries. The food is consistently well-prepared, and the spacious dining area provides a comfortable setting for meals.
