From arriving to checking out, the staff and their service was exceptional. The venue was clean and upscale as the pictures reflect online. The room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay again at this location when visiting Riverwalk downtown SA in the future.

We were really blown away by the Mokara. The staff from concierge to valet to spa to housekeeping could not have been more lovely. The room was wonderful as well, although the room heat didn't seem responsive on our last day (it was November and maybe the hotel heat wasn't turned on yet?). The bed was stupendously comfortable (to the point where we looked it up). We didn't realize we got spa access with the room - that alone is a HUGE bargain. Yes, the valet is expensive but there are in/out privileges and in the end we were happy we paid for it. The location is amazing, especially if you are overlooking the riverwalk.

It was an annual birthday visit. Prosecco and a nice dessert plate waited in our room. We sat on the balcony and watched the riverwalk boats amble by while enjoying our wine that evening. Our room was clean, the staff is always wonderful, new soaker tub in the bathroom is amazing. It is a treat we look forward to every year—and we have never been disappointed!

Ate brunch at Ostra and it was really good. Rooms were clean. We had a balcony with river view and enjoyed our coffee from there. The complimentary fruit plate delivered to our room was such a nice unexpected touch!

Very nice hotel and spa, located right by the Riverwalk. Spa is fantastic and had probably one of the best massages ever there. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are great. Rooftop pool and hot tub were very nice. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
