The toilet didnt work it wouldn’t flush and the person in the lobby was rude didnt want to have any one look at it I tryed to upgrade pay the difference and they still didnt want to get me another room it sucks i probably stay like 6/10 times a year in this hotel

I like staying in this hotel, I save to do it, and can only stay here for special family events, due to the cost. I feel it is really inflated, considering the location. San Bernardino is becoming a 3rd world country in my estimation. But still I love this hotel. The staff is excellent. The food is excellent - but again, too costly. Not worth it for a quesadilla. The room was excellent. There was no bath mat, and the tub is slick, so I used a hand towel for the bath mat. The parking was NOT excellent, but HORRID! Please DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA for trying to find a space in that packed parking lot! Horrible to charge extra for that!! I felt very privileged to stay here but that horrible experience ruined it all!! The conference room was packed for rented events, charge them for the parking!! Don't charge your room guests for that nasty, inconvenient parking situation, so unfair! It was the worst part of my 3 night stay. I will probably never be back, I will ask about the parking situation next time I plan to stay, first. Please call me if you would like to hear more about my review.

Smells good, cozy vibes. Friendly staff. You can tell everybody works hard and I very much appreciated everybody here. Thank you!!! The room brings relaxing atmosphere with art and lighting. Good laundry machines. Nice 24 hr gym. Delicious breakfast. Maybe should replace mattresses sooner than later. Thank you!!!

Employees were good. Room problems: strong dusty smell in room, kept me awake and lots of sneezing. Toilet seat was loose and slipped to the side 3 times. Not good. I did not like the TV screen setup. time consuming to locate news channels.
