Morning staff was extremely rude to my wife, simply for asking where to get ice as we were rushed to get out and they were busy. Very simple to be polite adn helpful but they were rude and unhelpful. We will never stay at a Double Tree again.

the room was freezing. we called the front desk and a technician came and told us that the thermostat was faulty and that he'd be right back with a new one. we never saw him again. seems minor except that it was supposed to be our breakfast: whoever made the oatmeal obviously has never eaten any. it was so watery that there was almost no point in eating it unless you were thirsty.
