Great overall stay! The front desk agent who checked us in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming—he even recognized us on our way out, which really stood out and made the experience feel more personal. The room itself was standard but very clean, quiet, and comfortable—exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. The pool was a bit dirty when we used it Saturday afternoon, but by the time we returned that evening to use the hot tub, it looked like someone had taken the time to clean it up, which we appreciated. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—nothing fancy, but definitely a nice perk to have included, along with parking. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Riverside!

Not as good as other reviews stated.

I booked this place based on all these good reviews. The hallway by the elevators smelled like marijuana smoke. The room smelled like a pet groomer and had a weird powdery smell. They had the ac set to turn off during the night which made the rooms super hot and uncomfortable. The ac stayed on all day long but as soon as it hit 10pm they turned them off. The pool was not monitored and was full of drunk adults who had bottles at the pool and they were telling their kids to just pee in the pool because they didn't want to take them to the bathroom. overall I would not stay here again. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. It wasn't as good as the reviews stated.

Horrible experience

There was a power outage upon arrival, we were on the 4th floor and had to walk up the stairs with our bags in dark. No electricity so no AC ... we wanted to leave bit weren't offered a refund. The bed was disgusting.. we weren't offered even a discount, the electricity outage lasted till 2-3 am so basically the first night was very uncomfortable
