Terrible check in. 😞

Check in was terrible with front desk staff wanting to charge a 22.50 fee for early checkin. I refused to pay and waited until 3.00 pm when the front desk found me a room. Room key would not work even after TWO trips back to front desk. Finally they gave us another room on a different floor. What a run around!!

The whole lobby smells like urine, shower had mold and shower head wasn’t even shooting out water, It was dripping out. They give tiny little bottle of shampoo, conditioner and wash not enough for two people, blowdryer was old from the 90s and wasn’t strong. Worst hotel I’ve been to honestly.
