Nice location. But Staff is unattentive. We pulled up to what said Valet. No one came? So I went in to check in. Front Desk girl just going thrj motions wouldn't even look at me. Said norhing about parking so I had to ask and she said oh they'll come out. Room was very small.

This hotel is deceiving … from the pics it looks super cute and vibey … when it’s really not … it seems like it’s a really old hotel that they did some reno’s to make it look cute … but the carpets are stained and dingy … and the water smells so bad I couldn’t even use the sink in my hotel room. The area around the hotel is not so good either … the hotel right beside it is disgusting…. leading to some very undesirable characters lurking around The staff were all very pleasant and kind

Paid a fair amount extra for a room with a balcony after having looked at the main Hilton site and doing some research. Ended up with an unusable balcony because there was a prom being hosted in the courtyard directly below us through the afternoon and evening without any prior warning by the hotel at check in. Hotels.com claim the rooms are soundproofed - they aren't! Scraping of furniimturee from the room above and the bass from the dj at the prom in the courtyard confirmed that! This was supposed to he a relaxing last day and night before returning home but was anything but that! The hotel should not be selling rooms at a premium that are directly overlooking events they have sold.

One of the best hotels I’ve been too! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and there was room service everyday which was the best. There’s a coffee shop literally 3 minute walking distance.
