one of the 2 elevators is broken. Valet parking very expensive for a side street hotel. Restaurant is terribly expensive for 2 eggs a diced potato and one sausage cut in half. Staff is kind and friendly, rooms are nicely decorated. fitness center needs newer equipment.

Room decor is very nice and modernized. But there was some noise from the ventilation. I asked front desk, they told me their manager will stop by but he never showed up. Also there was no breakfast provided or order-to-cook during our stay, we were told the staff was off because of the holiday, which doesn't make sense.

The staff were great throughout our stay. Room cleanliness wasn’t perfect but still good. Shower faucet was loose and would fall off if you tried to turn it without paying attention. Street parking worked great for us, we were able to park right out front every day. Would definitely stay again.

The Staff was wonderful from the time we walked in at check-in to when we checked out. 3 night stay from Dec 28th - Dec 31st. From Angelica, Manny, Kevin and Mitch the bartender. Great Customer service and we love the area the Hotel is located. Thanks again from my Brother, my son and myself for a family fun getaway to end the year ❤️
