Staff at the breakfast area were very stingy... there was not enough food available on time, lady the counter was very slow with Waffles, sausages were cold.
This hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and the location was safe. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!
The work area table in our room was dirty. Still had a coffee ring on the table . Bathroom toilet was not cleaned before we arrived there was "yellow liquid" aroun the toilet seat . And to top it off the bathroom toilet kept running all night i had to shut the water valve off in the night time to try and get a decent nights rest and the shower floor was sticky like soap scummy

We came as a Family and booked 2 rooms to be side by side. Receptionist stated one room was ready and the other was not but if we came back later it would be ready. When we came back 4 hrs later they told us they dont have our rooms side by side and it would be on different floors. Such an inconvenience. We even called before arriving and even arrived early to ask for the request with both times receiving confirmation of our accommodation.
I usually stay at a different hotel when I stay in South City but decided to try a different place since it looked nice and was cheaper by a good penny. The process was very simple to check in and the front desk was friendly and helpful. When I entered the room it nice and spacious. I really like how these hotels have kitchen essentials like glasses and bowls which is so useful. The bed was dusty to the point my glasses were covered. I like that the room had electric blind control to block out outside light and the building next door. My only real issue came from the bathroom. First the shower isn't a typical showerhead but a hose handheld which I didn't not enjoy especially when it sprayed and fell with a simple turn of the water getting the walls, floors, and myself wet. When I first noticed the tub had no stopper I called the front desk twice and was told it was possible to handle that and would take 30 minutes for someone to come up after their lunch. When they arrived they didn't know why they had been called up which I thought was kind of odd. What I didn't enjoy was being asked if I looked everywhere for the stopper and then after they spoke to someone on the walkie I was told they didn't have stoppers for the tubs in a way that made it seem like I should have known that. I wonder if that's actually true.

Was the worse hotel I ever stayed! The bed is literally a nightmare… NEVER AGAIN!!!
