It was an older motel, but house keeping was amazing!! Room was very clean and they cleaned it everyday along with the bed sheets. We had double beds, which were large and our backs were not hurting from the mattresses. We would stay there again.

The room was spacious, with a nice widescreen TV and comfortable beds. All the benefits of San Francisco were at our fingertips! One other thing: we felt safe and secure regarding our personal items and automobile.

I am a woman in my 60s and I was treated very kindly and upgraded to a king when I had booked a queen. I’m here for UCSF after a surgery and was pleasantly surprised at the neighborhood feel, convenience of restaurants, and walkability of the area. Love the free parking, the wonderful smaller square pillows that were so moldable and comfortable to sleep on, and how my needs were perfectly accommodated. I stay lots of different places on my frequent trips to San Francisco, always looking for value without sacrificing comfort or safety, and this hits all the marks. It is an older property and isn’t fancy, but I felt safe and comfortable here and would return again without hesitation. Many thanks to the proprietor and staff!

This room was very average. A little confused why the ratings are so great. I don’t have anything negative to say about the room other than the doorknob fell off in my hand when i tried to open the door and parking was limited. However free parking was one of the reasons why i chose this hotel, so i appreciate that.

The access to the lobby for check-in or ask for anything was very inconvenient. Stay locked the whole time, what made me think that area wasn’t so safe. In order to contact front desk, we had to call a number to have someone to unlock the front door. The bedroom was tiny. Our air conditioner was super noisy.
