The Mirage Inn and Suite was a perfect location for our visit to the San Francisco Zoo. Our King room was perfect, with our view looking toward the zoo. The room and bathroom were immaculate and appeared to be newly remodeled. They staff were friendly and attentive.

Hotel manager is horrible. He gave us a room that smelled like cigarettes. When I asked to change rooms, first said he had no others. Then said we would have to pay cleaning fee to change rooms. I argued with him, and he kicked me out of hotel. This hotel is not recommended for anyone.
