The room and especially the washroom was very small and cramped-up. The washroom had clogged bathrub and poor overall drainage. The reception staff were impolite and unhelpful. The hotel has very poor amenties such as no food or snack options. Overall, I had a poor experience.

We had to move ola bed against the wall so that our kids didn't roll off the bed and found lots of old open candy on the carpet, but otherwise, the room was in great shape and the service was good.
