We waited for the shuttle for an hour at the airport and it never showed. I called the hotel multiple times and they said 5-10 minutes, so we waited. After waiting for an hour we had to take an uber and pay $25. Shuttle from airport is not reliable. Staff is okay, but didn’t really give us an answer and didn’t really know what they were doing. Place is small and not overly clean.

Comfortable but Aggravating

The property was a great location, very clean, very comfortable. Our room had 2 queen beds. After arriving at 10p for our 5am flight, we realized one of the beds was soaked with water right in the middle of the bed. We requested a changed of linens. The front desk brought up a comforter and said that's all that was available, no other sheets were available. We had to strip down the bed and lay on top of the comforter. We tried to use the dryer in the laundry room, but you have to download the app, and apply money to the app. The dryer cost $5 but the app was a minimum $10. After dealing with this issue until midnight, we went to sleep so we could be up at 3am for the airport. We were very disappointed that more wasn't done to help us not sleep in a soaked bed.

Stayed overnight to be closer to SFO. Room was clean and good enough for a family of 4. Did not have accessible room which we wanted, but because the rooms have vinyl plank flooring, getting around with the wheelchair was fine. Would stay here again.

The rooms have been updated but the signs around the property look like jail signs. The fitness room needs sanitize wipes and the fitness equipment has weird placement.
