Great place but pushy front desk staff

It was a great place to stay for the night, lovely outdoor lounge area, free coffee 24/7, happy hour specials on adult beverages, very clean and spacious room. However they didn’t even wait until I arrived to check in to charge my card which I froze prior due to suspicious charge activity. Upon calling the property, the front desk person state in a very pushy tone that they needed another card to be charged over the phone otherwise they could not guarantee a room. Then the next morning not even 5 minutes past noon (check out time) on my way out the door to load my car, I get a phone call from the front desk (different person) asking (again in a very pushy tone) if I was going to extend my stay or want a late checkout. I I responded by saying that I will do the late checkout and would be down in 15 minutes. Then once I was all loaded up and ready to at the front desk, they didn’t notice me at the counter for like 5 minutes due to chit chatting in their side office.

I’ve stayed there twice now and it’s been great. Safe, comfortable and easy to park. I enjoy my stay here. Pay for the upgrade and listen to vinyl on a turntable and enjoy a refrigerator and microwave. Or enjoy the standard space which is comfortable as well

Great Place to Stay

This is a great hotel, convenient to the Millbrae BART station. I’ve stayed multiple times and all of their staff are friendly and helpful. I love the reusable water bottles and that coffee (or hot chocolate if you prefer) is always available in the lobby. I highly recommend!

Very nice when we arrived. Our room was cold so had to turn on heater and it was loud and hard to fall a sleep. There was no complementary water upon arrival and that would have been nice. It was conveniently located so getting around was good. Shops and restaurants are close.

Great little spot very good value and convenient to the airport . Everyone very friendly and there are some good food spots very local including Social eating and Neil’s cafe which does fantastic breakfast at 15% discount for customers of the Dylan.

I purchased the offered trip protection in case we wanted to cancel the reservation but after seeing the small rooms and not feeling safe we asked to cancel the reservation and were told we could not cancel. The sheets on once bed were dirty. Front desk brought up two clean sheets that she left for us to put on the bed. The HVAC system made the room either cold or hot. We could not figure out how to keep it at a comfortable temperature.
