The room was very clean the staff was very nice friendly.. the area is like horror movie. I will not be coming back to many ppl walking around out side doing drugs like walking zombies. But the price was good. Still not coming back

The place was average. The lights shut off serval times when I had only the fan and my phone pulled in. The place is decent and the worst thing was the homeless people that appeared from 9 pm til morning. It’s very convenient for public transportation. Overall it’s a 5 out of 10

This hotel was in terrible neighborhood. Homeless were surrounding the hotel. It was very scary at night. They had roaches. The bed was hard as a brick!

Sure the immediate streets are full of sketchy peeps, but door is only 60 feet from Market St. So the gauntlet is brief. For the money the room was great and staff are nice, plus there is an elevator and tv in the rooms. For a similar price the Bowery Grand in NYC doesn't come close to this fine hotel.
