This beautiful apartment is very spacious, comfortable and bright. It has two bedrooms, the main one, with a double bed, is very spacious and has air conditioning and Smart TV, it also has its own bathroom with a bathtub and access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and television. It has a full bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway.

The living room, very spacious, has a dining area for 6 people, another with a sofa bed (recommended for 2 children or one adult), television and air conditioning, and also has access to a wide terrace with views of the Puerto de Tomás Maestre. From the living room, you can also access the kitchen, independent and very well-equipped with oven, ceramic hob, toaster, mixer, Italian coffee maker and a gallery with a washing machine.



The apartment is on the 6th floor, which ensures that the temperature, especially in the hottest months, is perfect, and yet it has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room.



The apartment has WiFi connection.



LOCATION:



The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large community area with a garden, paddle tennis court and swimming pool.



About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets...



It is about 10-15 minutes walking from the Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.

In addition, in this same Tomás Maestre area there is a sports centre with tennis, paddle and five-a-side football courts as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance to the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...



We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Closed parking space with prior reservation, subject to availability, 6€ per night.

No pets allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, prior confirmation is necessary before booking and incurs an extra fee of 30€.
