Beautiful and comfortable two-bedroom apartment with views of the harbour.



The apartment is very spacious and wide, it has an independent kitchen with a gallery, a very spacious living-dining room with access to a terrace with beautiful views of the Puerto de Tomás Maestre, to enjoy first-line views of the incredible sunsets of the Mar Menor.

It has two bedrooms, the main one, with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, both with sea views. The apartment has two full bathrooms with bathtub.



The apartment is on a 1st floor and its proximity to the sea makes it a quiet place to enjoy good weather and tranquility.



The apartment has WiFi connection and air conditioning units in the living room and bedrooms.



LOCATION:



The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large community area with garden, paddle tennis court and swimming pool. The swimming pool opens in April 2023, closure dates to be confirmed.



About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets...



It is about 10-15 minutes walking from the Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.

In addition, in this same Tomás Maestre area there is a sports centre with tennis, paddle and five-a-side football courts as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance to the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...
