This penthouse apartment is situated on the popular Roda Golf Resort which is close to San Javier and Los Alcazares. The property has 2 good sized bedrooms with en suite bathroom in the main bedroom and separate shower room for the second bedroom. It has a full kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher,
The lounge/dining area is open-plan with a dining table and chairs, a large sofa and TV with English and Spanish channels. From the lounge you have large patio doors leading out onto the terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun on the outside chill out sofa.
One of the big benefits of this apartment is the private roof terrace where you can dine out under the stars, have a drink at the bar area, relax in the jacuzzi or laze on a sunbed. From the roof terrace you have great views of the golf course and of the sea in the distance. This terrace also has a tiled stairs and not the spiral staircase you find in some penthouse apartments in Roda.
The complex has a great 18 hole par 72 golf course, a driving range and putting green as well as 24/7 gated security and an onsite restaurant and bar.
