At first we had an issue with the check-in. Later there was an issue with the room. But everything was solved by the manager. Besides the inconvenients at the beginning, we had a good time. The property has a convenient location. Also has a bus that give rides to the nearest beach, and to the historic town. The pool is greta for children, considering that is like a mini water park. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Definitely will consider staying again.

Check in at 4PM (1 hour later than standard 3PM) and our room was not ready until 5:36pm. Not fun to wait for 1.5 hours with kids. The room we got contained zero view of outside. It faced the wall on 2nd floor. You would think after making your weight for so long they will give you a better room to make up. There was a power issue in the area but the hotel we came from had the generator so I’m not sure what this place did not have a generator running and they try to use that excuse for the delays.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, and so helpful. The room and hotel were very clean and family-friendly. Even when power went out across the island, our hotel was fine due to its huge generator. We had a great time. Thanks Hyatt Place San Juan! If we come back to PR, we’ll be staying here again!
