Ac unit shuts off every 5 mins for at least 20 mins, was charged samenprice even though i got smaller room, rooms are clean but run down, can hear everything from rooms next to you

The room itself was extremely clean..parking was odd..si xe I was alone ..felt a little uneasy with the parking situation..no spots right in front of my room..property os set up in a U shape with roo.s and mjnimal acailable for assigned room..parki g by my rokm was either reserced or Ha dicap..homeless peeps were set up at end of street

Arroyo Village Inn is a hidden little treasure! Close enough for walking to down town and far enough away for pease and quiet. Best deal around that area by far Such a pleasurable experience, probably shouldn’t make too many comments or it’ll be overrun and I won’t get to stay there again
