Staff not happy to help.

We arrived to discover the pool was closed which was dissapointing to our kids. Our room was fine but little things like the soap and shampoo dispenser was empty, so i used conditioner only. When i enquired the staff was very slow. I went down stairs to ask about getting soap and it seemed like i was the problem. The same scenario happened the next morning at the coffee station. Both coffees were empty, and when i asked if this was an all day thing or just a morning thing, they looked very irritated to have to stoontheir conversation at the front desk, and then repeatedly asked if both were empty. I never got coffee. Other than that the hotel was fine, great location for Cal Poly, but there are others to choose from.

I was not informed ahead of time that the pool and hot tub were out of order and that is why we booked this property. The front of the hotel is also under construction and none of this was disclosed in advance. I would have booked somewhere else. I have asked for a partial refund and no one has responded to me.
