When we arrived around midnight, the electricity went out in our floor, we were only able to go to our room at around 2am and until 2am we were in the lobby with the electricity going on and off.
The checkout is at 11:00 am, but we were a few minutes late because we couldn’t sleep properly at night, the main desk call to the room to remind us of the time of the check out. In the morning in the breakfast buffet which is charged 20 euros per person, there was a leak in the ceiling and they had bucket on the floor containing the water.
In the end they did not charge the breakfast because I complained about the delay of the entry into the room. We had less than 20 minutes to eat.
Overall I think in a hotel of this category should not present this kind of situation. When the power goes of in the rooms the fee should not be charged. It is not a good example of a good service.
