Recently updated with new beds and floors in Jan 2023, and new central heat/air in March 20224! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 3BD Bungalow only a short walk to all the shopping/restaurants/nightlife on the brick-paved streets of downtown Sanford. 2 minute walk to the Historic Venue 1902. 1 minute walk to a fabulous dog park. Take a stroll on the Lake Monroe walking path. Centrally located between the beaches of the Pacific and national parks. Book now!

We just replaced all the carpet with new SPC flooring in Jan 2023, and installed a central/heat air system in March 2024. There is one large bedroom with a new (Mar 2024) king size bed and smart TV, a small bedroom with a new (Jan 2023) queen size bed, and one small bedroom with a new (Jan 2023) full size bed and a TV that only plays DVDs. There are a few kids movies provided.

You’ll have the entire house to yourselves.

We’ll be available via phone, text, and the VRBO app. We have a person nearby the property that can answer questions as well.

The property is located a 10 to 15 min walk from downtown Sanford with plenty of restaurants/shopping/nightlife. A great dog park is a very short walk just north of the property. the Historic Venue 1902 is also a very short walk to the east of our property. We are midway between Orlando attractions and the ocean.
