Remodeled bathrooms, hair dryer, new linens, DSL/WIFI IN UNIT (10MB)! Coolers, backpack chairs, tote buggy, shelling nets and other recreational supplies in closet for your enjoyment. Includes separate powder / sink area with large counter top, drawers and huge mirror with convenient outlets and plenty of adjustable lighting! Walk-in closet features ample rods and hangers for your clothing. Primary bedroom also has its own private screened-in lanai with comfortable chairs, table and ceiling fan! Sooo perfect for immersing yourself in the natural beauty from the glistening gulf to the lush sanctuary outside with that quiet morning coffee or evening beverage far away from any downstairs activity. Guest bedroom has a huge closet, soft carpeting, lots of natural light and island style wicker dresser and reading chair. Guest bath is steps away and features an oversized walk-in shower, large mirror and convenient toiletry cabinet.
Kitchen: Offers an open design concept with architecturally tasteful storage so you will never feel cluttered in. Plenty of storage for groceries out of sight, and ample, adjustable lighting with overhead fans throughout. A breakfast island with seating for four also stores newer appliances and new cookware. Utensils, cookware, dinnerware replaced with NEW EVERY YEAR.
Dining and Living Room: Sofa with Queen sleeper, loveseat and large chair are yours to relax in after a fun day at the beach. Large dining area with plenty of seating for a family meal is close enough to the updated kitchen.
