Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 205. Colorful, beach-themed 2nd floor unit with original artwork. Recently remodeled with rattan furniture, newer appliances and comfortable seating, located just steps from the elevator. This spacious 2bed/2bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home. The master suite has a king bed and access to the large screened lanai. The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request and has doors which can connect to create a private suite with bath. The guest bath has a walk-in shower and grab bars in both bathrooms. The large and bright living/dining room leads to a screened lanai overlooking a tropical garden and a view of the Gulf. Easy walk to beach and pool! The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, smooth-top stove and ice-maker in freezer. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, queen size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.

Far from the beach. You have to carry your own chairs & umbrellas. And upstairs noise is loud and clear. Cob webs behind the doors, and the floors along the baseboard need to be cleaned badly. The vertical blinds were broken or missing.

Beautiful property

This condo has very nice landscaping and the condo itself is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It could stand a bit of updating. Wasn’t as updated as other VRBOs we’ve stayed in that were less expensive as this one. The ladies in the office were lovely, but didn’t answer all my my questions I had before check in. After hours check in is a little wonky. You have to go to the resort beside this one- which isn’t easily accessible from this resort. Just be aware if you do after hours check in. Otherwise- a lovely stay with no problems.

Very nice property with a great beach
