"Somni Compartit" is a lovingly restored country house, preserving original features such as stone walls and wooden beams, and decorated in a style that blends tradition with comfort. There are 7 spacious bedrooms, 6 of which have en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The large living-dining room with fireplace and sofas is perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, or relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing anything from a special dinner to a shared breakfast.
The outdoor area is a true oasis: enjoy a porch, barbecue, a large table with a stone bench, a spacious garden, and the highlight—a stone saltwater pool surrounded by sun loungers, olive trees, and magnolias.
"Somni Compartit" is ideal for families or groups of friends, offering an authentic and charming setting. The owners live on the ground floor, which is independent from the rest of the house and has no access to guest areas, so you will have complete privacy.
We want you all to enjoy your stay in a peaceful, natural environment. These rules help us care for the house, the environment, and all guests:
■ General Rules
• Quiet hours: From 11:30 pm to 8:00 am, please stay inside to respect neighbors’ rest.
• Smoking: Not allowed indoors. You may smoke in the garden, where ashtrays are provided.
• Common areas: Take care of furniture and surroundings. Don’t move furniture without permission. Eating is only allowed in designated areas. Keep doors and windows closed when using heating.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Environment: Use bins and recycle.
