Most exceptional hotel we have ever stayed at. Excellent service and amenities. I’d avoid the restaurant for dinner and book at more local spots in the city center for a more traditional Italian vibe but the rooftop bar is worth a visit and the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel with a fabulous team!

We are just back from a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff provide a very professional service in a very friendly manner. We particularly enjoyed our 'welcome back' with a smile each day from Aniello when we arrived back from a day trip. The food is high quality in all of the restuarants. Where to begin, Mediterraneo Serrento was wonderful, the hotel, the pool, the restaurant, the area, the spa. We so enjoyed every minute, wish we would have been able to stay longer. Staff helped us out tremendously when I made an error of where we were staying, they had a can there within 20 minutes in Naples, they handled everything for us. Appreciate you all
