The guest bedroom features two twin beds, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The bright, coastal-inspired living area opens to a spacious private balcony—perfect for dining or enjoying sunset views.

We loved our stay!! The staff downstairs were the sweetest of people! We loved talking with them and getting recommendations of what to do and see! The condo was absolutely breath-taking! You pay for the view and it does not disappoint. You have all the toiletries and supplies you could need! The only things we bought was mainly for laundry and a dish sponge. There were plenty of extra towels and blankets which we loved and a bonus outside dining table on the balcony! Our toddler loved going on the balcony and watching the once waves. There were only 2 units on the 18th so it seemed like we had the whole floor to ourselves. Only negative I would say was it gets really cold at night even with the heat on so we bundled down with those extra blankets. Overall, this place was a DREAM! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here.

The view was great! The balcony lounge chair was ripped, but the other chairs were nice, and the master bed wasn't comfortable and didn't have enough pillows. Overall, the beach access/view were amazing. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall, we really like the place. One Seagrove is perfect. This unit had a few issues: dirty silverware and dishes in the cabinet, master bed was very uncomfortable. The platform has broken and bent legs that create low spots.Try putting a matt or rug under the platform. The legs slide on the tile floor and bend/break.

Great Condo!

We stay at this property twice a year. One Seagrove Place is the best! All of the condos are very clean and have great views, especially if you stay above the 10th floor. This one was no exception. It was exactly as advertised.

Great location

We weren’t informed about any ongoing construction going on, which was a problem using elevator, parking lot and huge crane, construction workers, which made it difficult to get in the building, but we were able to walk around back. The property managers were A++++, and worked with the owner and made everything right. The property is going to be amazing when they complete the renovations. The condo was outdated, but I believe it will be renovated soon. Overall, it was a large unit with incredible views of ocean but not of a sunrise or sunset which is fine , just a few steps to the beach to see that. Easy bike rides to seaside one way and an easy ride the other way to awesome beaches and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and would surely go back when renovations are completed.
