Nopea pääsy rannalle on vain viiden minuutin kävelymatka valtatien 30-A yli. Tämä 1 makuuhuoneen 1 kylpyhuoneisto tarjoaa makuuhuoneen, jossa on king-size-vuode, eteissängyt ja ulosvedettävä sohva. Publix-ruokakauppa on vain 3 mailia itään Hwy 98: lla ja Wal-Mart 3 mailia länteen. Hanki mitä tarvitset matkalla tai nopea uusintapaketti puolivälissä. Keittiössä on myös Keurig. Aamiaisbaarialueella on kaksi vastakorkeutta jakkarat ja ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu neljä ihmistä mukavasti.

Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtuu ympäri vuorokauden, kun olet saanut ovikoodisi. Saapu aikaisin ja suunna suoraan rannalle tai uima-altaalle. Saapu myöhään illalla ja tutustu kävelykelloiseen keskustaravintolaan. Sinun ei tarvitse ajoittaa saapumistasi työaikoihin tai tavata isännöitsijää. Olet omalla aikataulullasi.
Kaikille mobiililaitteillesi tarjotaan täysin ilmainen Wi-Fi. (koodi toimitetaan sisäänkirjautumissähköpostin mukana)

Kävely rannalle on helppoa. Aivan lasioven ulkopuolella ja yli 30A. Etsi "Gulf Place - Private Beach Access" -pergolan lehtimajan rantatie. (helppo nähdä google-katunäkymässä) Käytä kumppanimme rantatuolin asetuksia alennuksen saamiseksi tuolien / sateenvarjojen asetuksiin.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Santa Rosa Beach. I have been traveling to Gulf Place for over 30 years with my family since I was a kid. Now as an adult, I’m bringing my own children back. It’s the best place! This unit was great! It was right outside the pool, making it easy for our kids to get to. The condo was set up perfectly for all of us. I would definitely recommend this unit to others!

Great Stay!!

We have been coming to Gulf Place for over 10 years, but this was the first time in this condo. We loved it! Everything was as described. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and we love being on the ground floor right by the pool. The owner was quick to respond & very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way

I loved this property. The owner had it stocked very well with lots of things so I didn't need to worry about purchasing kitchen cookwear, like pizza pans, coffee maker etc. The 2 TVs where top notch. Having things for 6 people- a big plus. Beach towels, beach chairs, chairs at the table, porch chairs. The location of this condo also fantastic. On the ground level, steps to pool,hot tub, beach and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The maintenance crew keeps the property beautiful. It was quiet at night, so overall was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Location location location

We’ve stayed at several properties on this floor, and we always end up choosing this building because of how convenient it is to the pool and proximity to the beach! Loved this one and can’t wait to go back to Gulf Place. Linens and decor are updated from some of the pics, very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

The unit is immaculate, well furnished with all your rental needs (linens, kitchen supplies, etc.) convenient to a pool, a beach, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores and one of the best we have stayed with in our rental history along the Gulf. We previously stayed here and loved it only to return again. The owner and concierge make this place a warm friendly experience. They are very responsive to your needs and can provide you with information valuable to shaping your experience. The unit has one bedroom, but also has two bunkbeds and a sofa couch making it a family friendly unit. There are two TVs , a DVD player and 5G internet that allow for family entertainment. I highly recommend this unit when visiting the Santa Rosa Beach area.

Enjoyed our stay and the property

We spent a lovely 6 days at Gulf Place. The kitchen was well stocked, the unit was spotless. Comfortable furniture and easy access to the pool, which was also well maintained as well as the hot tub by the pool. Communication with the owner and the concierge was easy and helpful. The beach is just across the road with a private entrance. We recommend this without hesitation,

Best Place in Santa Rosa

Everything about this place along with host and concierge was tops. The unit was immaculate, convenient, accessible and perfect for us. Easy walk to beach, pool, eateries and more. The host and concierge provide you every piece of info you need and are responsive. I can always tell my wife was happy, she wanted to buy it or another unit in the facility. Anyway, I highly recommend it. Many thanks for the stay.

Loved being back in Gulf Place Caribbean!

We had five families staying in Gulf Place Caribbean and all loved our time there. I could not be happier with unit 110 the courtyard and access to the pool is amazing. A member of our group stayed in 109 and loved having the shared outdoor space. We had great neighbors on the other side. The unit had everything we needed and could have left a few extras we brought at home. I loved that we had our own personal concierge Todd. He was very responsive and took care of of every question and concern. Will recommend and look forward to returning again.

Wonderful place for a family

We had a terrific stay. Both Brian and Todd always responded to us in a timely manner and helped with any questions we had. The location is very convenient for a family and the apartment is clean and has everything you need. Going out to the pool was something we took advantage of since my 8-year-old daughter could go to play and we could watch her from the patio of our apartment or sitting next to the pool. There are several accesses to the beach which, being private, prevents many people, as happens near public entrances. There are also restaurants and businesses within walking distance. We only have good things to say about our experience! We´ll definitely be back in the future!

Great Condo Close to the Beach

This was a great place to stay and clean. Brian was very helpful when we arrived and a great host. Check in was very easy and checking out even easier. The pool is a couple steps away and the beach is right across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Will stay again!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was super clean upon arrival and was ready way before check in. You could tell a lot of thought has been put into the decor. The unit had everything we needed for cooking. As a mom of boys I greatly appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit too! The location was perfect. We parked our car and didn’t leave the community all week. We loved that there were restaurants and shops within walking distance. We ordered groceries from Walmart and Publix which was a life saver. We had the best weather and spent the majority of our time on the beach or in the pool. Todd was great and answered any questions I had almost instantly. Thank you for such a great stay! We can’t wait to come back again.

Santa Rosa Beach

My family usually stays right on the beach when we vacation in the panhandle, however this condo caught our eye. Being that it was on the 1st floor and right at the poolside, this made our trip easy and the kids LOVED the pool being so close. Walking to the beach was quick and probably got there quicker than even staying at a condo directly on the beach... no crowds to hassle or elevators to wait on. Great low key location! Thanks!
