RELAX in our spacious second floor unit! With cozy updated furnishings, large balcony and we are in a BEACHFRONT building. Open floor plan offers plenty of living space as the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room are all one open space. Living room area with smart TV and opens to a large, 400 square foot patio, which offers seating and dining for six!

Split floor plan provides privacy, as the primary suite is on the opposite side of the unit from the guest suites.

For those with little ones, we have purchased a pack n play with an infant sleeper. There is also a new high chair in the unit.

The balcony has a beautiful treetop view. Because the unit faces the East, it is a nice shaded getaway after a day in the sun!

The unit is only steps away from our very own private beach. The pool is heated in the cooler months and, along with the hot tub, provides a lovely view of the beach and ocean!

*BEDROOMS: PRIMARY: King bed with private balcony & en suite bath (shower, tub, 2 vanities). GUEST: king bed with main balcony access + en suite bath. GUEST: 1 king bed with Full Bath access in hallway next to king bedroom.

*COMPLEX & AREA INFORMATION: Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A, our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.

This was the best condo we have stayed at on 30a! The condo was so spacious and had everything we needed plus extras. It was super clean when we arrived. The host was helpful and answered fast! My daughter loved the pool and hot tub. You are just steps from the beach and the beach setup was great to have! The location is within walking distance to some great coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun Friends Week

The condo layout is perfect with the primary king bed bedrooms on opposite sides offering privacy. The entire building is spacious and nicely maintained. We had so much fun- definitely recommend to anyone considering!

We had a great stay! The property was excellent. Clean, furnished nicely, and well stocked. We had our 6 year old grandson and he loved the pool and the beach. Beach chair setup was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Blue Mountain Beach Condos. The overall facility was beautiful. And the security was very good. The condo was clean, with up-to-date decor and technology. It was the perfect size for the 5 adults and 1 baby. We were a little worried about the no tents on the beach rule, but we were allowed our baby tent, our own umbrella, and a smaller tent that wasn't taller than our umbrella. It worked out perfectly. Ashley was very responsive and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

Great bang for your buck

Amazing value property. I’m a little tempted to leave a bad review to keep this place a secret. But in reality, it was a very nice condo and complex with excellent beach access. The private beach was clean with a very polite and helpful attendant who sets up your included chairs, table and umbrella each day. The guests to amenities ratio was spot on, so it never felt crowded. We met a few of the condo owners who obviously take pride in the place. Our specific condo was well-stocked and up-to-date. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus. The location on 30A is great. We hit up everything we wanted to do from Santa Rosa to Seaside with minimal time sitting in a car trying to get around. I’m sure I’ll think of other nice things I should have included in this review, but suffice it to say, you can’t go wrong with this option.

Great condo with private beach access

My mom and I stayed in another unit in this condo last year, and we loved it so much that we came back. This condo is updated with a spacious kitchen and a large primary suite. We had plenty of room to spread out and make ourselves at home. We like Blue Mountain Beach because it is quieter and less crazily busy than some of the other beaches like Seaside or Seagrove, but there are still good restaurants nearby and it is easy to drive down to Grayton beach state park or seaside for the day. My favorite thing about this condo is that there is direct beach access with a private beach, and beach setup is included during the summer season. We had an umbrella, 2 chairs, and a side table set up every morning so that we could comfortably lounge right by the water all day. The host was very responsive any time I had a question, and we loved our stay. Planning to return next year!

Great place!

We had a fantastic trip! The layout of the condo and access to the beach/pool were perfect. There is separation from the master bedroom and the other rooms which gives both kids and parents privacy. The beach is steps away. The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated. The kitchen is well appointed and there are many games for the kids. Highly recommend!

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Condo was roomy and well equipped. We had 4 adults, a 3 year old and 1 year old. Check in was easy and Ashley was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. One of the few condos we’ve stayed in that actually had a good supply of dishwasher pods, detergent and hand soap. Having a high chair was great with the little one. The condo also had lots of games and beach toys that were a big hit. The beach set up was great and we appreciated having it included with the condo. Location is great with easy access to Destin, Seaside and Panama City. We loved the quiet location and we rarely heard anyone while in the condo. Balcony is large and was great for sitting out on a rainy day. Would definitely rent again!

Wedding weekend with friends

We enjoyed our weekend here celebrating the marriage of our friends. Perfect for 3 couples with everyone having their own bathroom! Beach accessibility was easy and the property felt so private. Look forward to another stay in the future.

Blue Mountain Beach

The room was excellent. Very clean, spacious, and well equipped. The walk to the beach wasn't bad since it was inside the atrium of the building for most of the way. There was a red tide all the way down the panhandle while we were there, but it didn't affect our enjoyment of the weather and walking on the beach. Overall it was a great place to stay on a beautiful beach with a larger group!

Condo was PERFECT!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The condo looks exactly like the pictures in the listing, and it was very clean. We traveled with our two small children so we loved that the two bedrooms were on the opposite side of the condo from the primary bedroom. The outdoor table was great for dining and we got a ton of use out of the high chair that was available! Access to the beach was very easy and we loved the free beach chair and umbrella service. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We loved our stay! This is the perfect location. Steps to the beach and lots of dining options very close. Publix grocery store is located leas than 5 minutes from the rental. The decor is super cute. We had everything we needed. Beach set up for 2 came with our room. We rented additional chairs and umbrellas to accommodate all of our guests. We will definitely be back. We have rented in this building in the past and we love it. This particular unit is my new favorite.

Nice unit, small beach area.

No one was at the desk for check-in, but we were given the codes to the doors and elevator. The master suite, kitchen and living area were nice. The other two rooms were listed as queen beds, but they seemed smaller. Dirty linens were still one bed and dirty coffee cup in the cupboard. The beach area allotted to this condo was very small and crowded. We reported the issues to the property manager .
