Tunnet itsesi täysin vapautuneeksi tässä pienessä pienessä kolmannen kerroksen huvilassa, josta on näkymät kauniille vesille. Clean room, beautiful view. The unit needs major updating as lots of things were broken. The chair on balcony pinched my husband when he got out of it. The dishwasher wouldn’t start. The knives were dull. The bed sags and was so uncomfortable. The toilet in one bathroom was loose. The tvs were tiny. The keypad on door wouldn’t lock 90% of the time. I would not stay here again.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars but it is in need of a major update. The carpet needs replacing (LVP would be good) and the bathrooms are outdated. The vanities come just above my knees and I’m average height. There are no curtains in the bedroom so be ready to wake early (not my idea vaca). They could at least replace the cheap, torn blinds. The small amount of decor they do have looks like it’s from the 60’s. It would be nice to see them do more than throw up a picture here and there.The reason I do give it 4 stars, however, is other than a few spots on the couch and worn carpet, the place was clean. Also, the location is the BEST you’ll find in that area. We’ve stayed in that area multiple times over the years. We also had an issue with the internet and tv. Turned out not to be the owner or the management company’s fault, but the company was very responsive and accommodating. We even received a credit for the our troubles. I would stay here again if they update the place.

Great location and nice to have a top floor, but it is a 3rd floor walk up. Internet was non existent with wifi. The bedroom window is close to an outside light and has flimsy venetian blinds that make this the least dark room in the condo. But great location with fantastic views of the ocean .

Very outdated. carpet is dirty. It said that internet is spotty but is actually none. We reset several times. Also not sure why we did not have cell service in the condo but directly in front on the beach we had 5G? The couches were dirty. And the main bed was not comfortable at all. I had to sleep on the couch which was not comfortable either because the mattress in the main room would sink in the middle with 2 people. Very disappointed. Looks like some of the issues we had other people had and it said it would be addressed but from the looks of it nothing had changed.

You can't beat the view from this unit and the beach is pristine. Unit could stand to be updated (still dont get carpet at the beach) and large mattress needs replaced.

Disappointing

I have already sent another review, plus many photos of this condo. It needs renovation before anyone else has to try to stay there. Worst thing…air conditioning went out - not good. Many things need to be replaced and repaired. Your property inspectors are not doing their jobs. The people I called were very nice and tried to be helpful. We were disappointed.

Amazing location and view

The condo is on the 3rd floor, which although it is a climb, the view from the balcony is awesome and the walk to the sand is very short…maybe 50 yards to the shoreline. The bed was comfortable. The management was very gracious and quick to answer. The place is in need of updating from use but it is clean and the location was perfect for a short and quick immersion into the beauty of the gulf coast. Saw dolphins and great blue herons in the early hours of the day. Loved our time there.

Great Place but Beware of the Sun

I gave all five stars so clearly I enjoyed everything. My friend and I got super sunburned even though we were both under an umbrella the entire time. We did not know the sun reflected off the sand and under the umbrella. This is not your fault, of course, but as a courtesy I think it would be nice to put a warning or something on the fridge by the number to rent the chairs and umbrella letting people know this. Thank you.

Affordable, great location, outdated, clean, roomy, could use remodeling, otherwise very nice, plenty of supplies such as towels, paper goods, soaps, and awesome proximity to the ocean with beach access. Beautiful view out the windows and a nice little balcony from which to enjoy the ocean.

Refurbish Needed

This condo is in a prime location (beach front) but is in dire need of an upgrade. The carpet felt like walking on soiled dirt to the point of blackening our feet. The drains would back up. [We had to call maintenance the first day there to fix the shower drain.] The furniture looked seemed soiled with dirt as were the pillows. I didnt want my family even sitting on them. All else was tolerable. I would suggest the owner buy sofa covers and zipper pillow covers to throw in the wash before every stay or every other stay. I dont mean to be rude but for the amount of money people are spending to stay in prime locations should be worth the stay.

Nice location but that is about it. I am a VRBO customer and I will ensure that the next time I rent from VRBO, it is a VRBO property. The carpet was filthy and the entire condo needs updating. There was no information on any local restaurants or things to do on a rainy day at the beach. There were no games to play or even a deck of cards.

Amazing view- lackluster accommodations

This is my first non 5 star review of a property I have stayed in. I am not a fussy traveler and genuinely can find optimistic things to say about many places I have stayed. I will start with this: The view and location of the condo is stellar. Like 10/10 I absolutely lived on the deck overlooking the ocean. Loved it. Shower pressure was good and the sheets were clean and bed comfortable. The cons are things that I felt could be rectified almost immediately with very little cost: The sofas and sofa pillows were severely stained all over. Like I didn’t even want to sit on them kind of stained. The carpets are thin and very dirty. Again I left my shoes on while walking around. Small things like toilet paper roll holder broken, slats on the closet doors were damaged and broken, the bathroom caulking was brownish and peeling along the tub and walls. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain. This unit really is a diamond in the rough. With a little TLC it could be a 5 star stay!

Love the location!

Very outdated. Stains on couches and carpet. Lamp didn’t work. A few ants in kitchen. Dishwasher didn’t Clean the dish well. Management was great! Microwave didn’t work. They replaced it within 1 hour. I didn’t receive the email re: the condo code and I called and they immediately sent it to me. Very pleased with them. Can’t the location! Perfect! Bring your own chairs and tent. Easy setup. You can rent them too.

Old place but Beautiful Location

The beach here is amazing and the location perfect but this place is very old and shabby. It did not feel clean. There is a lot of moldy looking stuff everywhere. As soon as I checked in, we flipped on a light and all the power went out in the back of the place. None of the furniture matches and it’s old and stained. The management company was very nice but this place is what it is.
