Welcome to Central Park. Located in the heart of Seaside! The first floor has a master bedroom with a king bed, a sitting area, and patio access to Ruskin Park. A full bathroom with a shower/tub connects to this room and a bunk room. The bunk room has two twin-over-twin bunks and a TV.

The second floor is the main living area with a living room, an open kitchen, and a dining room with French doors opening to a balcony overlooking the Park. A laundry room and a half bathroom are also on this floor. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The third floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, has two guest rooms. One has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other is a queen room next to a full hall bath with a shower and includes a sofa bed (configurable as one twin, two twins, or a couch). Both offer Seaside views.

The top floor, reached by another spiral staircase, offers views and two additional twin daybeds.

*Your reservation comes with passes to access the beach at the Coleman Pavilion. No parking passes are needed for this location. All vehicles must be parked in carport or directly in front of carport. No street parking allowed In Seaside and heavy fines are associated with street parking.

*No golf cart rentals allowed in Seaside.

*Passes for the fitness center and three community pools are available for purchase, at a rate of $105 per day + tax. Passes must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay or not at all - partial passes are not available. Our guest service associates are happy to discuss and will take care of this at time of booking. Passes must be requested 10 days prior to arrival. Last minute request may take a few days to fulfill *
