Lumivalkoinen ranta sijaitsee vain 400 metrin päässä, helppo 5 minuutin päällystetty tie kulkee (tai ajaa), joka vie sinut aivan lähistöllä sijaitsevan deli / myymälän, polkupyörävuokraamon, tuoreen kalamarkkinan ja jäätelön myymälän kautta.

Jokaisessa viidessä makuuhuoneessa on oma vieressä oleva kylpyamme.

1. kerroksessa King-makuuhuone, 32 tuuman plasma-tv, ylellinen kylpyamme, jossa on kaksinkertainen turhuus, poreallas, suuri suihku.

2. kerros: King-makuuhuone, 20 tuuman TV, kylpyamme. Makuuhuoneessa on pyramidin kerrossänky, TV / DVD ja vieressä oleva kylpyamme.

Queen makuuhuone, jossa kylpyamme. Pyykkitupa. Oleskelutila, jossa on tv ja työpöytä, avautuu lisäkannelle, josta on näkymät upealle uima-altaalle.

Lapset makuuhuoneessa kerrossänky ja pieni futon lapsi. Pack-n-play on myös saatavilla. Bunkissa on täysi ja parivuode.

Kolmas kerros: Queen-makuuhuone, TV, kylpyamme. Lounge-alueella on baarikeittiö, pesuallas, frig ~ ranskalaiset ovet, jotka avautuvat suurelle terassille, josta on näkymät lahdelle. Makuuhuoneissa on Simmons Beautyrest-vuoteet, joissa on Healthsmart-toppeja (varusteena kaikissa Westin-hotelleissa).

Lovely, comfortable home.

Probably the most well-stocked kitchen cookware and utensils of any place we've ever stayed. Cannot say enough about how responsive and nice the company handling this property was. If only they could have done something about the rain!

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, there were a couple of serious issues that impacted our experience. The air conditioning didn’t work properly when we got there and on our last day, which made the house very uncomfortable, especially during the heat of the day. Worse, we found German cockroaches in the kitchen, which was really unsettling and made us hesitant to prepare or eat food there. Cleanliness and comfort are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this property didn’t meet them during our visit.This could be a great place with some attention and care, but as it stands, I can’t recommend it unless these issues are addressed.

Many things to do

Property was great! If you have a larger group bring some extra towels and washcloths. Expect to hear a little hammering at 8:00am Rent a golf cart. Worth it “Street Legal” very responsive Had pictures taken on the beach “shore shooter” wonderful! Liz took her time and took a lot! Went on a sailboat “Paradise Adventures” Jess, Jamie and Jacob. So accommodating!! Small walk to beach. Go to sea grove! Small drive on a golf Cart. “Food trucks”

Fantastic Family Vacation

What a wonderful, new, modern house. No frilly seashells and pastel colors here. The house is tastefully decorated, and reminds me of home. We travelled with three couples, and four kids, plus another adult, and the house was MORE than enough room. We were never on top of each other. The walk to the beach was easy, and short. The pool was small, but perfect, and right outside the door. As the kids get older, we will feel comfortable letting them swim there on their own. We have found our "forever" beach house! I can't wait to come back to this house for years to come!

Wonderful week at the beach!

The house sits in a very quiet cul de sac that allows the littles a chance to ride their bikes away from the hustle and bustle of 30A. While the location is a close walk to the beach, the beach was Uber crowded so we drove an extra .5 miles left on 30A to the next public Beach access that had a lot fewer people. Overall it was a great stay! The only negative thing about the house was the smoke alarm was so sensitive that you had to basically turn the vent fan on five mins ahead of starting to cook or the detector would constantly go off.

Family vacation 2023

This property housed 11 of us comfortably. We basically had the community pool to ourselves! The house is decorated beautifully and well equipped except for towels and potholders. I gave a 4 for cleanliness because the front porch was not swept and beach toys everywhere. The recliners in the living room did not work and that was a bummer. There was a surplus of books and games for all ages. The driveway is small but we made 3 SUV’s work. The elevator was a life savor!!!

Roof top Gang

Great roof top to spend evenings on when the sun was going down. Outside furniture was dated and a little rusty, but beautiful views. Large 5 bedrooms with an elevator was awesome. I have a family of 8 adults and we all had our own bedroom with a bathroom. The main floor bedroom door does not stay closed so that was a bit embarrassing, also very loud in that bedroom. The beds were extremely hard so I had a hard time sleeping. Also a LOT of construction( right) next door so don’t think you can sleep in. All in all this is a great huge family house, I would book again.

Don't Count on Use of the Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property for a girls weekend. We had plenty of space in the home. The house does need a little upkeep but all are very minor repairs (aside from the toilets not flusing well). The location is very convenient to the beach - only about a 5 minute walk. There is a community pool which we were very excited about using. However, what isn't disclosed (on the listing) is the pool is managed by the HOA not Benchmark Management. The pool was closed for our entire stay. The pool cleaner came & said everything was fine. However after repeated calls and texts, we never received a clear answer and the pool never opened. Since this information is listed in the fine print of the huge contract you have sign to rent the property, there was nothing done to make this situation better. I waited to post this review to hear back from yet another email, but never received one.

Great little find in a quiet beach neighborhood

We had a great 2 week stay in August. The weather and water were spectacular and it was capped off by this gem of a place to stay. The place was very clean and updated with nice amenities. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out on different levels. The beds were very comfortable which is always a concern at another person's place. Having a pack and play and toddler bed were a necessity for our family traveling with 4 kids under 6. Our kids loved the close proximity pool for late afternoons. The bike rental shop down the street was very helpful and we definitely got our money's worth of riding. The walk to the beach is easy even for the little ones. The owner was very easy to contact ahead of time with questions and recommendations for local items. We will definitely be coming back in the future!! A few suggestions though, the vacuum cleaner does not work great and it may just be a full bag, but having a working broom, mop, and vacuum are a must with sand and a 1 year old dropping food on the floor all the time. The kitchen needs a bigger community trashcan. The small oddly shaped one is nothing for 12 people to fill in a hurry. Outside larger and more secure trashcans are also a must. We saw 2 large raccoons getting into the trash every night and we had to go clean it up every morning. We couldn't keep the trash inside though because it was to much with so many people and poopy diapers.

Nice House and Good Location

The house is very comfortable and roomy. We had a mixed age group from grandparents to toddlers. The elevator in the home was definitely a bonus! It allowed the grandparents to stay on the second floor as they were able to avoid the stairs. Thereby allowing the first floor bedroom to be used by my niece, her husband and their 2 year old. (Didn’t want the toddler to be climbing the stairs) As far as location, it was pretty good. The beach is within walking distance but not if you are carrying all of the things you will need for an entire day at the beach. The nearest beach access does not allow parking, so we wld have to drive and unload then take vehicle back to the house and walk down then repeat when our day was complete. Cons: The washer and dryer are stackable and can only handle a small load. When you have a house that can accommodate 10+ people you need a full size washer and dryer. Plus the dryer didn’t work properly. It would take forever to dry clothes, despite the numerous lint cleanings. I had read this in previous reviews and it was very true..the smoke alarm is super sensitive to say the least. It would go off constantly even when there was no smoke. This was extremely annoying as it would wake the entire house up once anyone started to prepare breakfast. While I appreciate that it works, there has to be something that can be done to help control its sensitivity. Scrambling eggs would trigger the alarm. We found it helpful to only cook on the back burners with the oven fans on. This seemed to help a little. One last thing, parking is very tight. Three SUVs will not fit. Luckily, the lot next to the home is vacant and we were able to utilize a portion of that and park parallel to the road. I believe if they owners would invest in a golf cart that came with the rental of the house it would be a great addition. Otherwise, if I stayed here again I would definitely rent one,

The kitchen was well stocked as we do a lot of cooking. Great location!! Very close to the pool. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The only thing we missed with this house was an outdoor sitting space and outdoor shower.

Nice place for siblings to gather.

The VRBO was nice and roomy. Each couple had privacy with their own bathroom. We were somewhat dissatisfied with the cooking pans. The skillets need replaced. The tv and wifi had issues and maybe more info beforehand would have helped. WiFi was at times slow and the tv channels were not available.

Family vacation highlight

Great home with plenty of room for 6 adults/2 children. Room for more without congestion. Clean, well equipped. within short walk to beach. quiet area. pool out the front door an excellent alternative to beach. easy to rent. Now on the list for a future return. Thank you.

Family Reunion 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, lots of fun and beach time. the property was very nice and in a good location for lots of activities and restaurants.

Great home for a big family get together

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very enjoyable time with family. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to beach. Very nice 3rd floor suite with elevator. Downsides: June peak time caused crowds on the beach and bumper to bumper traffic on 30A. Community pool was smaller than expected and appeared somewhat past due on cleaning.
