This GORGEOUS new home features an open layout and is loaded with amenities. Enjoy your private heated pool, sun loungers, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area, a ping pong table, and more!

The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach, and the cozy outdoor sitting area is great for enjoying evenings together. And don't forget about the queen-size bed swing on the balcony—the best for a relaxing nap!

The first floor of this home includes a stylish gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a dining table for 8. The spacious living area has ample seating and beautiful pool views, with floor-to-ceiling windows that can fold open and give you direct access to the pool/spa area with a stunning fireplace. There is also a laundry room on this floor. The master suite on the first floor features a king-sized bed and a luxurious bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Going up to the second floor, entertainment is easy with a media room that includes a comfy couch and flat-screen Smart TV. The connecting balcony features a queen-size bed swing. Each of the 4 bedrooms on this floor has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also an additional washer and dryer on this floor.

The third floor includes a wet bar with an ice maker, and extra seating. There's also a bunk room with 2 twin beds lofted over a queen-size bed with a trundle underneath. Enjoy the view from the balcony or climb up the spiral staircase to the tower for a glimpse of the Gulf.

Guest access

Walk a half a mile to Blue Mountain Beach area and visit two other public beach access points in the coveted Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A - all with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A and access by the Blue Mountain Creamery (right off the beach access road)!

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or Stinky's to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-**Quiet Hours Reminder** We kindly ask that all guests be mindful of the quiet hours between **10 PM and 7 AM** out of respect for our neighbors. As this home is located in a residential neighborhood, keeping noise to a minimum during these hours helps ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
