This wonderful, three-story beach house is located on the beach side of 30A and has all the charm you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Seagrove and the quaint atmosphere of Scenic 30-A. 'Always Summer' is a 3+ bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beach home and is perfect for family gatherings/groups of friends and comfortably sleeps 10. It's nicely furnished, affordable, and enjoys a less than 5 minute walk to the family-friendly beach thru quiet streets. After your fill of the ocean, return to the private swimming pool and patio for outdoor relaxing and entertaining. (Note: The pool can be heated during the cooler months for an additional charge of $30/day.)

House includes a lovely first floor living area with 50" flatscreen/DVD and opens to the dining area, side dining porch, and cheery, fully-stocked kitchen with everything you will need. The first floor also includes a queen bedroom and full bath ideal for guests who need to avoid stairs, and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The second floor provides two spacious master suites, giving comfort and privacy to parties vacationing together. Each suite includes a private bath and flatscreen TV/ DVD while the front master suite includes a workspace and opens onto a private balcony, and the back master suite views the pool and also includes a bunk bed.

The third floor 'Tower Room' with half bath can be used as an extra bedroom, game room, kid hang-out, or a place to enjoy a good book on a hot afternoon. Walk onto the 'Observation Deck' for star gazing and long conversations into the summer night!

No matter the season, 'Always Summer' is a great choice for your family vacation! :-D

Please note: We have only have two parking spots on a paved driveway at our home. There is no street parking on our street. A public beach access parking lot is within a 3 minute walk.

Great property for us!

The property is very well kept, had a lot of supplies like handsoap, extra paper products and dish detergent. The beds were very comfortable. The location has perfecr acess to the Eastern Lake beach public beach access. We had multiple families stay in the same area and it was easy to walk to their properties. Ive been going to 30A for over 30 years and it is one of the best properties we have rented. We had a small issue with trash pickup but the host was very helpful and responsive about what we should do. Thanks Gary!

Nice property, with good central location with access to Rosemary and Seaside. Plenty of space for our party, and the pool is a nice bonus. Unfortunately, the HOA of the neighborhood adjacent to the Ramsgate beach access decided to gate off and lock the cut through since the last time we stayed on this street, which necessitates a long walk around the neighborhood, or using the beach access that requires wading through a lake that gets to be 3-4 feet deep at times. While not a huge problem for able bodied adults, it made beach access very difficult for my elderly in-laws, therefore I would not recommend for anyone with mobility challenges.

The house was great. Very clean and spacious. We did have an ant issue but Gary responded immediately. Also, the pool cleaner kicked us out of the pool to maintain it. If they have a scheduled day they come, it might be good to notify guests. We loved the lake outfall as a place for the kids to play in but do note you have to cross the outfall with about 18 inches of water so a wagon isn't an easy option if you have babies to carry

Spectacular Spring Break

The stay was AMAZING. The house has plenty of space and bathrooms for the number of people it sleeps. The kitchen was stocked for our stay - plenty pots & pans, openers, plates & utensils, and mixing & serving options. All the appliances worked as they should. The pool is nicely partially shaded toward the end of the day with surplus outdoor seating. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to our stay. We didn’t have a single reason to bother him during our stay.

We had an amazing time from the moment we booked until the day we left. Gary was extremely helpful throughout the process. The property was clean and organized. Beach access was communicated clearly and was a very short walk from the residence. The pool was heated, which was nice during the colder days. Parking was simple and there was room for two vehicles on the quiet street. This are is directly off of 30a and within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping locations. We would certainly book again.

Great Family Getaway with Plenty of Space and Amenities!

Our families had a wonderful stay! The house was in great condition, with plenty of space for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). The heated pool was a big hit, with the kids using it daily. The beach was easily walkable, and there were nearby shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and ice cream places—all within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is also conveniently close to Seaside, offering even more shopping and dining options. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place!

House was a great size, we had more than enough room and outdoor areas to enjoy. Great kitchen layout for feeding a crowd. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Pool is well taken care of. Guests Flying - Be aware of what's not provided or mentioned

House was great, location was great, Gary was easy to work with. Pool and backyard was awesome to come home to after day at the beach. However, the guest who is flying into area and not driving needs to be aware of things NOT provided but needed. Especially at a beach house. No hair dryer no pool toys, nothing for beach, chairs, cooler, towels etc I have been renting beach houses for years and never had this be an issue before. Just something to think about. Amy

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We had a great stay here! Communication with Gary was fantastic from start to finish and he helped us in any area we needed. The location is great and is a short walk to the beach as well as to many other fun places to visit on the coast. The house was very clean and had all the accommodations that were great for our family. We had a minivan and a truck, so parking is a little snug and had to play musical cars a little bit but we made it work. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great central location and beautiful home!

Our family of four had an awesome time at Always Summer! We rented a golf cart and found our favorite beach access nearby. We could walk to the beach, The Old Florida Fish House (our favorite), or take a short golf cart trip to Seaside or The Hub. Gary (the owner) was very responsive and took care of everything we needed. The pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed wrapping up the days with a night swim. The bedding was perfect, and my wife and I decided to look for those sheets and mattress when we got home. Our best 30A stay, thus far. Great job, Gary!
