After an initial hiccup, we were upgraded to a suite in Santo Mine which was exceptional. Our concerns were addressed in a first class manner and the transfer was quick and seamless. All staff are excellent - difficult to fault any of them. Atmosphere lovely, views fantastic, sunsets exquisite, all the small touches carefully thought through and beautifully. This is quite a place which we’d highly recommend.

Beautiful property and loved the hot tub!

Amazing views and property! Loved the private hot tub and spacious suite. Loved the location, 5 minutes via footpath to Oia. Great sunset views. Dinner was good but took super long to get the food. Check in process could have been shortened and been smoother. Having said all that, wonderful property and would come back again!

Hotel was overall good but we had several issues with staff that were not up to par. They ignore “do not disturb” signage and come into your room whenever they want/need. We were in the room hot tub balcony and they came in, before leaving the room they locked us on the balcony. We tried to call the front desk and room service several times but no phone number listed worked. Upon check out we were also forced to provide them with a credit card (this is the 4th time mind you that they have used and charged this card)

The patio to our room was ant infested coming from colonies in the stone work surrounding the hot tub. There were many colonies of ants. Brought it to their attention and they sent someone to spray which killed the ants but left them all dead on the hot tub and in the hot tub without cleaning for two days. The service was absent altogether we waited 20 minutes for drinks by pool and never got them so canceled the order and went into town. Parking lot is 1/4 mile from the rooms uphill. Breakfast was decent spread but lacked taste. There is an eerie cult like vibe that permeates the staff in there dress and attitude which is also a bit unsettling.
