I didn't have a car. So I don't know about the parking situation. The place is great for shopping. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and shopping center. The room is very clean and staff is very kind.

OK place to stay

It's located in a wild nightlife district, but the hotel seemed safe, quiet, and clean. 5 min walk from Susukino station. Nothing fancy, but decent breakfast and a minimum services including box shipping, keeping baggage before check-in, free Japanese green teabag, etc. No lotion or a bottle of water in the room. No big public bath. It's an ok place to stay if you just need a place to sleep.

Parking available? Nope!

It says "Parking Available" at the site, but when we arrived at the hotel, the reception notified us that only paid parking is available. This is NOT what you advertise on the website! Plus, when we tried parking at one of the three "discounted" parking lots the reception told us, none of the parking lots were available. We had to waste an hour of our trip trying to find a parking lot. We ended up parking at a random parking lot at a stiff cost! Don't stay here. Also, be aware hotels.com's operation may include false advertisement!
