I had a very large room with a nice view. Had a whole table with 4 chairs, kitchenette-burner stove, utensils, plates, separate sink to do dishes, microwave, washer/dryer. They changed pajamas, towels, and emptied trash daily. Buffet breakfast is good. Nice view out the window while eating breakfast too. Hotel staff is extremely nice & helped me with a laundry mishap-very accommodating. Closest station is Odori Station & Susukino Station is close too. Close walk to Odori Park which is why I was there-for snow sculpture festival. However, it’s a 20min walk to Sapporo JR Station-you can walk completely underground due to the snow, but just be aware. Was maybe a 10-12min walk from airport bus drop-off area. Close walk to restaurants and shopping.

Great location to get to the Odori train station. Very walkable to a lot of eateries and Odori Park. Clean room. Quiet. I enjoyed it. Would have preferred a walk in shower vs a bath tub.

The room was good. Nice enough. The layout gave you a good spot to open your luggage without getting in your way. It also gave you a nice place to sit! The location is nice too. Quick access to many points of interest and only one stop to the main Sapporo station.

Amazing staff! Very kind and helpful and gave a heads up to the guests about it being busier for the snow festival. Excellent location like I dont think you could pick a better spot in sapporo. Room was a more spacious than the standard hotel rooms in Japan. You should definitely stay here if you are in sapporo.
