Family had a great vacation at this property in Gulf Gate. Very nice pool and deck area and comfortable and clean home, great location for Siesta and Turtle beaches. Host was responsive and a pleasure to deal with, check in/out very simple. We were happy with our stay.

We had a long term 3 week stay. Brought and bought extra supplies. Plenty of beach and bath towels. Kitchen is ok for shorter stays. Pool and lanai are awesome. Marvelous location!

Great location for just off of SK! Perfect location for pets. The pool was spectacular, and the house gives that “Old Florida Charm” being located in an established neighborhood. Everything was in close proximity, but just far enough away from the craziness of the tourism scene. The host was great and I could not be happier with our stay.

Perfect home base for Sarasota adventures

This house worked great for our family of 5. It is well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. We were happily surprised to find the garage stocked with everything we would need for a beach excursion. The host was quick to respond to communication and the check in/ check out process was really smooth and easy! There is a Sprouts and Publix within 5 minutes of the house as well as many restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

10/10 Just as advertised!

The property was as advertised!! And owner was proactive with their communication. Everyone in our party agreed that the beds, and the bedding was very comfortable. I will say at first, I felt like we were a little far from the beach however, after going down to the beach area once, we realized what a blessing, it was to be a few miles away from the traffic and crowds. The neighborhood was peaceful, and was a great place to take a morning stroll. And the drive to the beach and restaurants wasn’t far at all. Two great places we visited, were the Ringling museum as well as the Legacy Trail for biking, there’s a location nearby where you can rent bikes. And then, in terms of restaurants, we found a small local pizza shop called Rico’s where we were able to get a 2 foot wide pizza that was amazing and then we also went to Downtown Sarasota and had a great Mexican meal at Melvins! 10/10 would recommend!

Long Weekend Spring Training Trip

The house was well suited for the five of us. It was centrally located, so it was easy to get to games and the beach. My parents liked having the church down the street, and we enjoyed great restaurants close by, like Brine.

We had a truly wonderful holiday! Everything was perfect, beginning with the awesome host, Steve! He was very helpful and promptly answered any and all of my questions regarding our stay. We were very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years and the first thing we noticed was how clean everything was! I was pleasantly surprised to find all the amenities that were available for our use. Everything that was listed was in perfect working condition. Absolutely loved this place!

Perfect for a family or friends looking to enjoy the area and relax at your place while still having a great time. Lots of room and a beautiful backyard. The listing pictures were exactly as the property was when we got there. Steve was amazing! 5 ⭐️
