The refrigerator had 2" of frost in the freezer section which dripped onto my fresh fruit. I did get a replacement only to find my fresh fruit frozen and spoiled the next day. We had trouble sleeping with the noisy heat/A/C unit. The engineer was able to turn the fan speed down which helped after 2 bad nights. I could not turn on the shower at all. My husband had to stand in the shower and pull really hard for me. This was not corrected. When I checked ot, I mentioned these 3 things and was assured that my bill would be adjusted. It was NOT! This was the 3rd Year in a row we've stayed here. LAST TIME!!!

What a complete dump. The place smells of mold/mildew. Carpets are filthy throughout and the cracks in the building allow large amounts of condensation on the inside. My balcony door barely shut. Room 513 had to be filled with black mold as I’ve been sick since being in there. Do not stay here.

Room dirty and dusty, you can see the dust flying around. Bathroom ceali g falling apart, shower curtain rod about to fall off and curtain barely covers half the shower and staff refused to bring extra towels which they only put 3 when the room was booked for 5. Not the quality or service advertised.

The whole place had an old, musty odor, with cobwebs in various places. My room was dusty and the lighting was horrible. Not enough hanging space for towels. Amenities were disappointing. Staff were pleasant enough. Not at all what I would expect from a Marriott property.

Great value for the location, quality of rooms, friendly staff, and food & beverage options! The hotel is about a half-mile from Old Main Street in Bradenton, and it's a beautiful stroll along the Riverwalk. We walked along this route every day. The lobby and rooms are nicer and more updated than the pictures show. We had a spacious room with a king bed, desk, couch, tv with 100 channels, refrigerator, and large bathroom with a huge amount of countertop space. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool and hot-tub every day. Very nice stay, and we would definitely return for the location, amenities, reasonable rates, and friendliness of the staff!
