This was our 1st time in Anna Maria. It was a nice little beach town. The hotel was all renovated and really nice! Great location to everything. Easy walk down to the beach, and restaurants and shops super close as well. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back! 😊

Great Experience!

Haley’s Motel is still severely damaged. The company gave us a replacement room at no charge at the Bali Hai. This property was definitely an upgrade! It’s nice to do business with a responsible company!

A very nice place and reasonable price. Don’t expect it to be a standard hotel facility. The property itself is very nice. It has a very small bathroom. A kitchen and full size fridge is a plus. It has no clothes closet to hang clothes, unless you count the bloom closet/Air Conditioner closet as a clothes closet. A small setback for inconvenience, but overall I still like the property very much. The location is superb. The communication with the front desk is excellent. They responded within a couple minutes.

Poor online pictures of resprt

The first room we were checked into was just a room and a shower and toilet. The bathroom vanity was next to the bed and not really even a bathroom vanity. We spoke to the manager and she was able to move us to tropic Isle at Anna Maria which is another of their properties on the island. The only issue I really have is that the pictures on Hotels.com are of all the rooms they have available on the island and you really can't see the actual room you have reserved The web site shows you the best rooms that the resort has to offer. The property manager even agreed that that is their policy on the web. I had to upgrade for another 650.00 more for three nights which I wouldn't have had to pay if I had been able to see the pictures of the original room I reserved online

We really enjoyed the room, especially the good-size refrigerator and the cute bathroom. It had a little screened porch, and the parking was very close. The pool had wonderful cushioned deck chairs and umbrellas. It's just a short walk to the beach, which was not overly crowded, even on a long holiday weekend. There are several restaurants and shopping areas close. The free trolley bus stop is nearby, too. The only thing I would improve is the garden around the pool. It had some weeds and dead plants.
