The showers during the week was luke warm water. the water pressure would shut off about 1/2 way through. The air conditioning wasn't as cold as I would have liked it. You can hear the people slamming doors at all hours. Staff was somewhat friendly.

The person that checked me in had the personality and helpfulness of a wet paper bag. He was willfully obtuse and definitely should not be at the front desk greeting weary travelers. The property itself is okay but there were people loitering outside and near our car at three different time during our 16 hour stay. I couldn’t help but wonder what’s up with that. The fitness room is well equipped but half the lights were out so it felt like a dim closet. Breakfast select was decent.

The staff in the breakfast and housekeeping areas were very friendly. Regarding breakfast, the hotel needs to provide more because one day it was gone by 9:15 am. The jacuzzi didn't have hot water. Everything else was OK.

When i checked in my comforter was obviously stained. It was so bad they had to give me another room. When i took a shower i lost all pressure multiple times. Other than that it was good. The breakfast was great and the location right off of I75.
