I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. Upon arrival, I noticed that the front entrance was under construction and blocked off with yellow tape. The only access point was through a side building, which was left open at all hours. Once inside, I was greeted by a large mold stain on the lobby ceiling, which was very concerning. Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, I was unable to cancel my reservation without forfeiting my payment. The hallway leading to my room on the 4th floor was extremely hot and muggy, making it quite uncomfortable. The room itself was nice, but the bathroom was in poor condition. There were black marks on the wall above the toilet, and the towel rack appeared to be patched on the wall in a makeshift way. Another towel rack near the sink was loose and kept falling off, and I even found hair in the shower. Overall, while the staff was pleasant, the cleanliness and maintenance issues, along with the ongoing construction, made for a disappointing stay. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

We asked three times to fix the drain in the sink, but nothing got changed, the sink in our bathroom was filling up when washing hands and brushing teeth. Besides that the room was clean and we had an amazing time staying at the hotel.
