I booked this hotel because of the great reviews about the pool and hot tub. The pool was nice and i enjoyed my swims. The hot tub was out of order all 3 days. The kitchen service was nice and polite. The blond male receptionist could have been nicer, the other one was nice. It was quiet and i enjoyed my stay.

Everything was very good! The only issue was the TV in our room said it lost signal and we were not able to get it to start working again,the gentleman from the front desk came up to see if he could get it working but was unable, he said that there was no maintenance employees working so we had to pack up and move rooms.They upgraded the room which was appreciated but having to move rooms for what seemed to be a relatively simple issue was no convenient. A large hotel should always have a maintenance person available especially on a Saturday.
