We stayed for five days and the apartment was perfect! Everything there that we needed including linens and towels and beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Wonderful hosts and very quick to communicate. Very nice quiet development with a canal behind with all kinds of wildlife that you see all over. Use of the pool & the hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely book again! Thank you JPHeidi

Everything exceeded our expectations and the property manager/owner was very nice and accommodating. The pool in the hot tub was clean and anytime we ask the owner a question or for something. He responded immediately and helped us every time. we will definitely be booking again.

Pros: Very clean, excellent living space (bedroom, kitchen, stove, microwave, available pool / hot tub), host is friendly and responsive, great location, quiet, great value.Cons: Was a little unclear that I was staying in a house wing (and not the actual house), no access to washer/dryer, no access to thermostat.

Very nice quiet location. Nice apartment with a sunrise from kichen area. Very nice bathroom with tile shower. The apartment doesn't have seperate a/c thermostat from the house a/c. The tempature of a/c in the apartment was fine...just a note that its not adjustable.

JP was super welcoming and very timely in his responses. He was a great host and even provided us with his own beach chairs towels when we weren’t able to bring our own! The property was exactly as pictured and very well kept. They even had a flatscreen in the bedroom loaded with streaming services ready to use. Would definitely recommend this property for any solo travelers or couples/friends! Great location within driving distance to a bunch of tourist spots and the property itself is within a very quaint retirement community.
