I have been double charged. I filed a complaint with the hotel. I called into Marriott customer service and filed another complaint. I was contacted back, but not with an acceptable resolution. I supplied my credit card statement showing the charges and they say they don’t find the charge. The corporate agent Michelle was professional and at least made me feel like she cared, the social media agent closed the chat before I could respond and the hotel management feels like they don’t care or want to put in the work to find out how their location shows up as a charge on my card. I need you to remove my overcharge. This has been very frustrating especially having to deal with 8+ calls now and no resolution.
If I stayed one night and paid through Expedia, that should be the only charge. All I need the hotel to explain is, what is the other charge from Venice TownePlace Suites by Marriott and why can’t you find a transaction that you charged me for?
