Our beachfront condo offers a well-defined layout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The Primary Bedroom features a KING BED, providing a private haven for rest and relaxation. The Second Room offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with a SINGLE BED and BUNK BED, suitable for families or friends. Two full bathrooms, the Main Bathroom and Primary Ensuite, offer convenience and privacy. The Living Room is the heart of the condo, a shared space designed for relaxation and entertainment, with ocean views and direct beach access. The open floor plan and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for making lasting memories. This condo is designed to provide a comfortable and convenient home base for your beach vacation.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire beachfront condo, including the Primary Bedroom with a comfortable KING_BED, the Second Room with a SINGLE BED and BUNK BED, two full bathrooms (Main Bathroom and Primary Ensuite), and the inviting Living Room with stunning ocean views and direct beach access. Enjoy shared amenities such as the communal pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.

Located in a great spot, our condo makes getting around super easy. You'll have free parking right here, a definite perk for your stay. Orlando Melbourne International Airport (MLB) is only a quick 20-minute drive, making arrival and departure a breeze. While public transport isn't super common in Satellite Beach, ride-sharing services are readily available, providing a convenient way to explore local attractions and activities. These services offer a flexible option for navigating the area and experiencing all that Satellite Beach has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please familiarize yourself with our house rules. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM. We offer free parking on the property. The condo is a non-smoking unit; smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum. Guests have full access to the communal pool; please observe all pool rules.
